Nároky pozice krizových interventů pracujících s oběťmi trestných činů

Abstract

This master's thesis is dedicated to the topic of the demands of the position of crisis or trauma counsellors who work with victims of crime. The theoretical part describes the workload of crisis counsellors, espexially the thesis focuses on crisis intervention. The specifics of crisis intervention for victims of crime are also described. Thesis describes who is the victim of crime and what are the psychological effects of crime on the victim. Thesis also describes how to talk to victims of crime, what are the specifics of this intervention. Again the thesis focuses on the workload of crisis counsellors and the demands on this position. Furthemore, the thesis describes the characteristics of the position itself, it also focuses on the description of the workplace. In the next part, the thesis focuses on stress and its negative consequences, as a negative phenomenon that occurs in the work of counsellors. The social skills od crisis counsellors are also described, focusing on the characteristics of the crisis counsellor and on the key competencies. The relationship between stress and social skills i salso mentioned. Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu nároků pozice krizových interventů, kteří pracují s oběťmi trestných činů. V teoretické části je zmapovaná pracovní náplň krizových interventů, především se práce zaměřuje na krizovou intervenci. Dále jsou popsána specifika krizové intervence u obětí trestných činů. Práce zde mapuje, kdo je obětí trestného činu a jaké jsou psychologické dopady trestného činu na oběť. Práce se také věnuje jednáním s obětí trestného činu, tedy opět se zaměřuje na pracovní náplň krizových interventů a nárokům na tuto pozici. Dále práce popisuje charakteristiky samotné pracovní pozice, zaměřuje se také na popis pracoviště krizových interventů. V další části se práce zaměřuje na stres jako na negativní fenomén, který se v práci interventů vyskytuje. Popsány jsou také sociální kompetence krizových interventů se zaměřením na charakteristiku krizového interventa a na klíčové kompetence. Zmíněn je také vztah stresu a sociálních kompetencí. V empirické části je realizováno kvantitativní šetření za použití Inventáře sociálních kompetencí s Škálou sekundárního traumatického stresu. Výzkum se zaměřuje na sociální kompetence a na prožívaný sekundární traumatický stres a na případné vztahy mezi nimi.
