Eva Konopáčová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Využití laseru ve fyzioterapii Podtitul: Se zaměřením na laserovou akupunkturu u obtíží muskuloligamentózního aparátu Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím laseru ve fyzioterapii se zaměřením na laserovou akupunkturu u obtíží muskuloligamentózního aparátu. Cílem práce bylo vyhledat a zpracovat informace z dostupných zdrojů české a zahraniční literatury dané problematiky formou systematické rešerše. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola je věnována základním informacím o laseru, mechanismu interakce laserového záření s tkání, vhodným indikacím a možným kontraindikacím této metody. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na akupunkturu, stručný popis základních principů a techniky provedení. Třetí kapitola přibližuje čtenářům používání nízkovýkonného laseru v rámci poměrně mladé metody laserové akupunktury, ozřejmuje její léčebnou efektivnost a využitelnost v oblasti rehabilitační péče. Čtvrtou kapitolu tvoří systematický přehled klinických studií a výzkumů, které posuzují účinnost jak laserové terapie obecně, tak při ozařování akupunkturních bodů metodou laserové akupunktury. The aim of this work was to find and process information from available sources of Czech and foreign literature in the form of systematic research. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to essential information about lasers, mechanism of laser-tissue interactions, suitable indications, and contraindications. The second chapter focuses on acupuncture, a brief description of the basic principles and techniques of execution. The third chapter introduces the readers to the use of low-level laser within the relatively young laser acupuncture method, clarifies its therapeutic effectiveness and usability in the field of rehabilitation care. The fourth chapter is a systematic review of clinical trials and studies that assess the effectiveness of both laser therapy in general and the acupuncture point irradiation using laser acupuncture.
