Název práce Trestné činy a jejich trestání podle platného kanonického práva ve světle trestního práva ČR Anotace Ve své bakalářské práci Trestné činy a jejich trestání podle platného kanonického práva ve světle trestního práva ČR bych se rád nejdříve zabýval stručným vývojem kanonického práva se zdůrazněním práva trestního, dále vymezením základních pojmů kanonického a sekulárního trestního práva a jejich vzájemným stručným srovnáním a v závěru pak srovnáním jednotlivých ustanovení kodexu kanonického práva a trestního zákoníku, která se zabývají trestnými činy duchovních proti šestému přikázání Desatera s nezletilou osobou. Title Crimes and their punishment under the current canon law in light of the criminal law of the Czech Republic Abstract In my Bachelor thesis Crimes and their punishment under the current canon law in light of the criminal law of the Czech Republic i would like to deal first with brief development of the canon law with emphasis on criminal law, further with a definition of basic terms of the canon and secular criminal law and their mutual brief comparison, and in the end with the comparison of individual provisions of the Code of the canon law and the Criminal Code which deals with crimes of clerics against the Sixth Commandment of Decalogue with minor under eighteen age.
