Historie sociální práce/péče na Královéhradecku v období let 1870–1918

Abstract

Cílem práce je na základě analýzy historických dokumentů v kontextu postupů tehdejších subjektů (poskytovatelů) sociální péče zjistit, jakým způsobem byla v uvedeném období tato péče poskytována z hlediska dnešního moderního pojetí sociální práce (teorie a metody). Dílčími cíli je kategorizace subjektů poskytujících sociální péči v určeném časovém rozmezí a daném regionu, zmapování historického vývoje sociální práce s jednotlivci, skupinami a komunitami v dané lokalitě ve vymezeném období a způsob poskytování pomoci. V teoretické části se zabývám historií sociální péče z hlediska jejího významu obecně a v jednotlivých obdobích (starověk, středověk a doba industrializace). Dále popisuji chudinskou péči a domovské právo z hlediska jeho nabývání, změny, zániku a povinnosti obce. Výzkumná činnost je věnována charakteristice zkoumané oblasti, poskytovatelům sociální péče, kterými byla církev, spolky a město. Vyhodnocuji data z výzkumu a odpovídám na otázku, zda bylo dosaženo hlavního i dílčích cílů diplomové práce. Výzkum jsem prováděla ve Státním okresním archivu v Hradci Králové.

The work is based on an analysis of historical documents in the context of the procedures of the entities (social care providers) to find out how it was in that period this treatment from the point of view of today’s modern concept of social work (theories and methods). The sub’s categorization entities providing social care in the specified time limits and the region, the mapping of the historical development of social work with individuals, groups and communities in the site in a defined period and way of providing assistance. In the theoretical part is studying the history of social care in terms of its importance in general and in different periods (antiquity, the Middle Ages and the period of industrialisation). Furthermore, describing the Poor care and home right from the point of view of its acquisition, changes, and the extinction of the community. Research activity is devoted to the characteristics of the area, providers of social care, which was the Church, clubs and the city. Evaluate data from the research and the answer to the question of whether it was even reached the main targets thesis. The research was carried out in the county archive in Hradec Kralove.
