Die Informationen über das Thema habe ich aus dem Praktikum in dem Heilanstalt Bohnice in Prag und aus der Fachliteratur. Ich wollte vor allem auf die Gefährlichkeit des Alkohols aufmerksam machen. Es ist so gafährlich, weil ganze Geselschaft Alkohol als legale Droge toleriert. Trinken auch Kinder und junge Leute, und trotzdem die Prävention ist nicht genügend. Die Kapitel behandeln die Entstehung, die Risiken, Prävention und vor allem die Heilung der Alkoholsucht. Im ersten Kapitel ist die Definition der Alkoholsucht und behandelt die Risiken und Problemem, welche sie bringt. Im zweiten und dritten Kapitel schreibe ich über die Prävention und Motivation zu der Heilung. Nächstes Kapitel behandelt die Arten der Heilung. Man kann die Heilung in Ambulanz, in einem Heilanstalt oder in den stazionären Einrichtungen absolvieren. Und endlich schreibe ich von der Psychoterapie, die man in der Heilung benutzt. The thesis outlines problems of different areas of life of people with this disability. There are introduced educative methods in a chapter about education, and further also unusual and new forms of education. The chapter about communication is dedicated to logopaedia and alternative and augmentative communication. Next part describes various methods of rehabilitation like reflex locomotion, Bobath concept, SRT, hippotherapy, hydrotherapy. There are mentioned work possibilities like supported employment, work in sheltered workshops, ergotherapy and day centres in the following chapter. Following part of the paper is concerned on different ways of accommodation where those people live. For example the family, institutions, family type homes, but also new forms - sheltered housing, assisted housing, personal assistance, respite care. The paper also deals with free time activities of people with disability and one part is dedicated to social and legal issue.
