http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11956/1892 Protestant Theological Faculty 2026-05-26T19:12:11Z http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11956/207968 Proměna mediálního obrazu sociálních pracovníků v letech 2018-2022: Vliv médií na profesní identitu sociálních pracovníků V této bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na analýzu proměny mediálního obrazu sociálních pracovníků vletech 2018-2022 ve třech nejsledovanějších českých tištěných médiích a na zkoumání dopadu tohoto mediálního obrazu na profesní identitu sociálních pracovníků. Vteoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy a koncepty, jako je profesní identita, prestiž profese a vliv kulturních a mediálních činitelů na utváření těchto hodnot. Dále v práci uvádím teoretický rámec mezilidské a mediální komunikace, na což navazuji popisem vlivu médií na veřejnou agendu, včetně teorií agendy settingu, primingu a framingu. V empirické části popisuji realizaci výzkumu postaveného na třech výzkumných metodách - analýze mediálních sdělení, expertních rozhovorech a dotazníkovém šetření. Výsledky ukazují, že se mediální pozornost soustřeďuje především na klienty a až v druhé řadě na profesi sociální práce. Vmediálních textech převládají především extrémní narativy s malou výpovědní hodnotou a silným emocionálním nábojem. Zjištění práce ukazují na nutnost systematičtější spolupráce mezi sociálními pracovníky a médii a potřebu strategické komunikace, která by pomohla zlepšit prestiž profese a přispěla ke kultivaci veřejné debaty. Média hrají klíčovou roli při utváření vnímání profese, a proto je nezbytné, aby sociální práce byla...; This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the transformation of the media image of social workers between 2018 and 2022 in the three most-watched Czech print media, and on examining the impact of this media image on the professional identity of social workers. The theoretical part introduces key concepts such as professional identity, the prestige of the profession, and the influence of cultural and media factors in shaping these values. Additionally, the theoretical framework of interpersonal and media communication is presented, followed by a discussion on the impact of media on the public agenda, including the theories of agenda setting, priming, and framing. The research is based on three research methods - media message analysis, expert interviews, and a questionnaire survey. The results show that media attention is primarily focused on clients, with social work as a profession receiving secondary attention. Media texts predominantly feature extreme narratives with limited informative value and a strong emotional charge. The findings of the thesis point to the need for more systematic collaboration between social workers and the media and the need for strategic communication to help improve the prestige of the profession and contribute to the cultivation of public debate. It focuses on the occurrence, manifestations, and impacts of these phenomena on employees and the quality of services provided. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the frequency of these behaviors, identify their most common forms and sources, and evaluate the effectiveness of preventive and intervention mechanisms within social service organizations. The theoretical part defines the key concepts, contextual background, and the legal and ethical framework of employee protection in helping professions. The empirical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey among social service workers in the Příbram district. The research findings indicate that manipulative and bullying behaviors occur relatively frequently in this field and have a direct impact on the workplace atmosphere, mental health of employees, and the overall quality of client services. Zaměřuje se na jejich výskyt, projevy a dopady na pracovníky i kvalitu poskytovaných služeb. Cílem práce je analyzovat frekvenci těchto jevů, identifikovat jejich nejčastější formy a původce a zhodnotit účinnost preventivních a intervenčních mechanismů v organizacích sociálních služeb. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, souvislosti a právní a etický rámec ochrany zaměstnanců v pomáhajících profesích. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu provedeném formou dotazníkového šetření mezi pracovníky sociálních služeb v okrese Příbram. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že manipulativní a šikanózní jednání se v tomto prostředí vyskytují poměrně často a mají přímý vliv na pracovní atmosféru, duševní zdraví pracovníků a kvalitu služeb poskytovaných klientům. Práce přináší doporučení zaměřená na zlepšení prevence a efektivní řešení těchto jevů na úrovni jednotlivců i organizací.
