Zaměřuje se na současné strategie a koncepce, na relevantní právní úpravu a předkládá vybrané ekonomické zdroje na podporu pečujících na národní i regionální úrovni. Stručně se také věnuje nově konstruované dávce dlouhodobé ošetřovné. Autorka nemá ambici obsáhnout veškeré nástroje, předkládá spíše úvodní sondu do problematiky.; This article deals with the selected tools to support informal care. The article focuses on current strategies and concepts, on relevant legislation and also presents selected economic resources to support informal carers at national and regional level. It deals also with the new designed cash benefit for informal carers. The author does not have the ambition to cover all tools but rather a probe into the issue.

The needs of caregivers Remr, Jiří This paper identifies the needs of caregivers, i.e. those who provide help to senior members of their families who are dependent and cannot perform the activities of daily living. Results are based on an explorative study that was conducted in 2017. The research used in-depth interviewing with 62 main caregivers. Altogether 76 different needs were identified and these needs were subsequently clustered into nine categories and described in detail. The identified needs may serve as a source of criteria for evaluating prospective interventions aimed at caregivers.

Psychoedukace pro rodinné pečující o seniora s demencí Dragomirecká, Eva; Kvirencová, Anna; Janečková, Hana Práce popisuje současný stav poskytování psychoedukačních programů pro rodinné pečující o lidi s demencí. Zahrnuje historii psychoedukace a teoretický model, který byl východiskem pro vytváření účinných psychoedukačních programů. Hlavním výstupem práce je přehled psychoedukačních programů v České republice, se zřetelem na jejich podobu a obsah. Zdá se, že přes překážky dané legislativou a systémem financování se vývoj programů pro příbuzné ubírá podobným směrem jako v zahraničí, směrem ke komplexním a individualizovaným intervencím.; The paper describes the state-of-arts of provision of psychoeducational programs for family carers of people with dementia. It includes the history of psychoeducation and the theoretical model, which has been the starting point for creating effective psychoeducational programs. The main output of this work is an overview of psychoeducational programs in the Czech Republic, with regard to their form and content. It seems that, despite the barriers to the legislation and the funding system, the development of programs for relatives goes in the same direction as abroad, towards complex and individualized interventions.
